1、全面负责宴会和会议，展示会等的推销、预订工作；
2、参加酒店管理人员会议、完成上传下达工作；
4、安排布置并督导下属人员的正常工作；
5、建立改善宴会日记、客户合同存档、宴会订单和预报单的存档记录；
6、与餐饮部总监和行政总厨沟通协调，共同议定宴会菜单及价格；
7、与其他部门沟通、协调、密切配合。
