We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Technician to play a key role in relaunching one of Jordan’s most iconic destinations. In this pre-opening role, you will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical systems, including boilers, water treatment, and pool operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable functioning across the resort.
You will contribute to a dedicated engineering and maintenance team, demonstrating technical expertise, attention to detail, and commitment to IHG’s purpose of True Hospitality for Good.
What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Technical skills in analyzing and implementing projects of limited complexity, reading blueprints, and installing machinery, wiring, and equipment.
Proficiency in water treatment systems.
Experience with boiler operations and maintenance (steam, water, and gas boilers).
Knowledge of pool operations and maintenance.
Understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality workmanship.
