We are seeking a Materials Manager who will play a key role in relaunching one of Jordan’s most iconic destinations. In this exciting pre-opening role, you will oversee the hotel’s entire materials and procurement function — including purchasing, storage, inventory control, and issuing of all goods — to ensure efficient operations and seamless departmental support.
You’ll work closely with department heads and suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels, cost efficiency, and compliance with IHG standards. Your role will be vital in creating a well-organized supply chain that supports the success of every department from day one.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in a similar Materials or Procurement Manager role within a hotel or resort.
Strong knowledge of inventory management, purchasing systems, and supplier negotiations.
Highly organized, detail-focused, and capable of managing multiple categories of goods.
Pre-opening experience is a strong plus.
