Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

Delivering a wide range of professional massage and body treatments tailored to guest needs.

Creating a welcoming, serene environment that promotes relaxation and well-being.

Consulting with guests to understand their needs and recommending appropriate treatments.

Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation in treatment rooms and spa facilities.

Managing booking schedules efficiently and ensuring treatments run smoothly and on time.

Promoting spa services and products to enhance the guest experience.

Collaborating with the Health Club & Spa team to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.

What we need from you:

Proven experience as a Masseuse/Spa Therapist in a luxury hotel or spa.

Certification in massage therapy or equivalent qualifications.

Knowledge of various massage techniques (Swedish, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, Reflexology, etc.).

Warm, professional, and guest-oriented personality.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Commitment to delivering an outstanding and consistent guest experience.
