The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, developing, and executing marketing strategies that enhance the hotel’s brand visibility, drive occupancy and revenue, and engage target audiences across all channels. This role involves close collaboration with sales, revenue, digital, and F&B teams to ensure cohesive campaigns and maximum market impact.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:
- Develop and implement annual marketing plans aligned with hotel goals and brand standards.
- Create and manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
- Maintain and update hotel website content, ensuring accuracy, brand alignment, and user engagement.
- Coordinate with design and content teams to produce marketing materials (brochures, banners, ads, menus, etc.).
- Manage hotel presence on OTAs, review platforms, and third-party listings.
- Track marketing campaign performance using analytics tools and provide reports with insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with the revenue team on pricing strategies and promotional offers.
- Build relationships with media outlets, bloggers, and influencers for PR and brand exposure.
- Support the launch and promotion of hotel events, F&B activations, and seasonal campaigns.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and guest preferences to inform strategy.
- Ensure all marketing initiatives comply with brand standards and guidelines.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or Hospitality.
- 3–5 years of experience in hotel marketing or hospitality-related marketing roles.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms, and trends.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS), Google Analytics, and social media management tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative mindset with strong project management skills.
- Familiarity with luxury or lifestyle hotel branding is a plus.
