About the role

Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, this role leads the hotel’s end-to-end marketing function — from strategy and budget management to campaign delivery and digital performance. You’ll guide a small but dynamic marketing team and collaborate closely with our sales, revenue, and operations leaders to bring our brand to life across every channel and venue.

 

What you’ll do:

Developing and executing the annual marketing plan and campaign calendar

Driving digital performance across SEO, paid search, social, and web conversion

Leading brand and creative development, ensuring a consistent voice across all touchpoints

Managing public relations, media engagement, and influencer partnerships

Overseeing CRM and guest communications, including automation and pre/post-stay journeys

Analysing trends and managing marketing budgets, ROI tracking, and monthly reporting

Partnering with tourism bodies, local producers, and community organisations to champion the Central Coast

Supporting the continued success of Meribella, Terrigal Beach House, and new product launches within the hotel

 

What we’re looking for:

A degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field (or solid equivalent experience).

At least 3 years’ experience in a marketing or brand management role — ideally within hospitality or tourism.

Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics and conversion optimisation.

Creative flair and a passion for storytelling.

Confidence in managing budgets, agencies, and stakeholder relationships.

Excellent communication, relationship-building and organisational skills.

A collaborative, positive approach — you love working with people and making things happen.
