Your Day-to-Day

• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns that build awareness and engagement.
• Write and edit content across multiple channels – from eDMs and websites to brochures, social media, and signage.
• Create, schedule, and engage on our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
• Keep the marketing calendar fresh and aligned with seasonal promotions and hotel happenings.
• Partner with photographers, videographers, and agencies to deliver standout creative assets.
• Manage and update website content (offers, landing pages, SEO-friendly copy).
• Assist in rolling out paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, Display).
• Track performance metrics and prepare reports on website traffic, social engagement, and campaign ROI.
• Collaborate with teams and suppliers to produce menus, posters, flyers, and event materials.
• Compile monthly/quarterly marketing reports.
• Monitor and respond to guest comments and DMs across social platforms.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years’ experience in marketing communications (hospitality/luxury industry a plus).
• A natural storyteller with strong writing skills and an eye for detail.
• Creativity and passion for engaging social media content.
• Familiarity with WordPress, Revinate (or similar eDM platforms), and social media scheduling tools.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) or Canva.
• Comfort with analytics/SEO tools and a basic grasp of paid digital advertising.
• A collaborative team player who can manage projects end-to-end.
• Flexibility in working hours and unrestricted working rights in Australia
