Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing plans and budgets

Manage and coach the marketing team

Act as hotel spokesperson alongside GM

Coordinate media relations, PR, and promotional events

Oversee digital marketing and e-Commerce initiatives

Collaborate with Sales, Purchasing, and other departments

Monitor competitors and market trends

Ensure brand consistency across all channels

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in similar role

Strong communication, leadership, and attention to detail

Diploma or certificate in Marketing, Hospitality, or related field preferred
