This role provides operation support to Greater China hotels in driving branded guest experience and operation excellence. Strive to enhance GC operation effectiveness and efficiency.
Your day to day
• Provides direction to General Managers through Greater China Rooms Council Team in the development of performance plans (supported monthly action plan / Touchpoint action)
• Leads area support initiatives for hotel openings to ensure key business & brand drivers are in place to maximize hotels capability
• Ensure brand compliance to annually issued brand standard updates/ audits and that the hotels can consistently fulfill the brand promise. Deliver the outstanding performance for all Brand across IHG.
• Champion guest-centric high performance by leveraging customer feedback—including social media insights—to drive Regional hotels' Social Review Rating, Guest Love, Loyalty Contribution. This includes responding to escalated feedback, benchmarking against competitors, and approving impactful action plans that deliver measurable results
• Drive operational excellence by leading all rooms-related initiatives with a focus on efficiency, consistency, and continuous improvement to elevate the guest experience and deliver measurable results
What we need from you
• Bachelor degree or equivalent degree and above
• Typically 6 – 8 years in hotel management
• China working experience and fluency in Chinese and English are pre-requisites
• Previously worked within an international or global organization
• Good understanding of the China business and operation environments and markets
• Knowledge of IHG systems and processes
• Good understanding of driving operation delivery in scale business
• Demonstrated high ability to influence without authority
• Demonstrated problem solving and time management
• Good influence and communication skills
• Knowledge of IHG systems and processes is a plus
