As the Sales Enablement Manager, you will be the executional lead responsible for driving the adoption and operationalization of sales enablement strategies across the organization. Reporting to the Director of Sales Strategy, you will work cross-functionally with marketing, revenue management, and data teams to deliver high-impact enablement programs that improve seller performance, accelerate revenue growth, and drive commercial outcomes. Your day to day
- Enablement Execution & Program Delivery
- Execute enablement initiatives aligned with go-to-market (GTM) strategy, including training, content delivery, and tool adoption.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, revenue, commercial and data teams to ensure enablement programs are aligned with business priorities.
- Training & Learning Development
- Design and deliver impactful training decks, playbooks and presentations tailored to various sales audiences.
- Lead live and virtual training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs.
- Leverage learning management systems (LMS) to manage, track, and optimize training delivery and participation.
- Sales Tools & Content Management
- Manage and optimize enablement tools (e.g., Salesforce, Delphi) to support sales workflows and improve productivity.
- Ensure commercial teams have access to relevant, up-to-date content and resources that support each stage of the buyer journey.
- Drive adoption and optimization of IHG’s broader commercial programs and initiatives by integrating them into sales enablement workflows and training.
- Global Sales Team Liaison & Support
- Act as a liaison to the global sales organization, ensuring alignment and consistent enablement support across markets.
- Provide responsive, high-touch support to sales teams, addressing needs and feedback in real time.
- Facilitate communication between global sales and internal teams to ensure clarity, consistency, and shared goals.
- Performance Insights & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor enablement KPIs and analyze performance data to identify gaps, measure impact, and recommend improvements.
- Gather feedback from sales teams to continuously refine enablement programs and drive adoption.
What we need from you
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 1–3 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or related roles
- 5+ years of experience in on-property hotel sales, catering, conference services, marketing, or revenue departments
- Proven ability to create and lead impactful training presentations and decks
- Strong understanding of sales processes, GTM strategies, and enablement best practices
- Proficiency in Salesforce/Delphi, AI platforms & enablement platforms

The salary range for this role is $58,834.00 to $105,000.00. This role is also eligible for bonus pay (as applicable). We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employees.
