This role is responsible for driving the optimization of marketing technology capabilities, customer data applications, AI-enabled marketing solutions, and marketing performance across Greater China. The position sits at the intersection of marketing, data, and technology, partnering closely with commercial and marketing teams, including Loyalty, Shared Services, Brand, Product, and external agency partners to enhance marketing capabilities, improve customer data usage, and drive business performance through scalable MarTech solutions, automation, AI-driven capabilities, and data-driven insights.

Your day to day
• Drive the development and optimization of MarTech and customer data capabilities across CRM, CDP, marketing automation, audience targeting, lifecycle marketing, and campaign measurement to support business growth and marketing effectiveness.
• Partner with commercial, marketing, analytics, product, and technology teams to translate business needs into scalable marketing solutions, reporting frameworks, and data applications.
• Lead marketing performance and measurement initiatives, including dashboard development, campaign analysis, experimentation, attribution, MMM initiatives, and performance optimization through tools such as SQL, Python, Tableau, and data warehouse platforms.
• Collaborate with global analytics and technical teams on customer data integration, governance, tracking, and operational processes to ensure data quality, compliance, and scalability.
• Explore opportunities to apply AI and automation to improve marketing operations, customer engagement, and decision-making efficiency.

What we need from you
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
• 6–8 years of experience in MarTech, CRM, marketing analytics, digital marketing, or related areas.
• Strong understanding of customer data, segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and marketing performance measurement.
• Experience working cross-functionally with both business and technical teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL, CDP/CRM, or marketing automation platforms preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese.
• Experience in hospitality, travel, loyalty, or consumer-facing industries is a plus.
