We’re looking for a passionate and detail-oriented brand leader to join our Luxury & Lifestyle (L&L) – home to some of the world’s most iconic hospitality brands: Kimpton, InterContinental, Regent, and Vignette Collection.
As Manager, L&L Brand Delivery AMER you’ll play a pivotal role in bringing each brand’s strategy to life across the region. You’ll translate global frameworks into actionable local plans, ensure hotels deliver consistently against brand expectations, and partner with cross-functional teams to elevate our guest experience, brand consistency, and commercial performance.
Your day to day
- Bring global brand strategies to life, tailoring frameworks and toolkits to ensure relevance for the region and ease of execution for hotels.
- Leverage insight and understanding of the region needs to drive both consistency and relevance in the Americas
- Support the development, pilot, and implementation of product and service innovations that strengthen brand health and awareness.
- Support development of hotel and restaurant and bar concepts, including brand positioning, identity, guest journey, and programming for new L&L projects
- Support Development initiatives creating brand presentations, immersion materials, and pitch content for new hotel deals.
- Track, analyze, and report on brand performance metrics (Guest Love Scores, ARI, RevPAR, QA results, etc.) to identify opportunities and drive continuous
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure programs are executed on time and on brand.
- Collaborate with Operations, QA, Commercial, HLG, and Global brand teams to drive alignment and ensure hotels consistently deliver- and sustain- brand excellence.
- Act as a key point of contact for hotels, owners, and internal teams seeking brand guidance or support.
What we need from you
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, Hospitality, or a relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
- 5+ years in brand management, brand operations, or marketing within hospitality, travel, or lifestyle industries.
- Able to connect global brand vision to local market realities - balancing storytelling with operational execution.
- Understands how brand delivery drives performance - and how insights and data shape better decisions.
- Strong eyes for design and detail, with a passion for elevating guest experiences through inspiring touches.
- Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives from concept through sustainment.
- Natural relationship-builder who influences across teams, functions, and regions without direct authority.
- Experienced working across diverse markets in the Americas, with appreciation for local nuance and authenticity.
- Deep curiosity for what inspires today’s guests and a genuine love for brands with purpose and soul.
Location - Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in office. This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business.
The salary range for this role is $58,844 to $105,000. This role is also eligible for bonus pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employees.
