The Manager, Hotel Pre-opening Services (HPS) Program Strategy supports the strategy, program design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the AMER region’s purchasing solution. This role will ensure the program aligns with global procurement strategy, offers services that meet owner and hotel needs, and prioritizes long-term procurement innovation. The individual will drive the growth of the program through data insights, digital tools, and strategic partnerships, all while nurturing collaboration across internal teams. This role is ideal for a self-starter with a strategic mindset, program development expertise, and an aptitude for translating procurement processes into robust, value-generating programming.
Your day to day
- Support the implementation and iterative refresh of HPS’ strategy, ensuring alignment between program direction and Americas Hotel Procurement objectives
- Develop and implement procurement programming tailored to hotel needs across categories, in line with the HPS strategy
- Pilot and refine new service offerings, tools, and methodologies that improve procurement efficiency and owner experience
- Own delivery of initiatives, effectively navigating ambiguity to drive projects from concept to execution within defined timelines
- Collaborate with team members on service provider management, including performance management (KPIs, SLAs, etc.), relationship management, and risk management
- Create marketing strategies to effectively educate, influence, and communicate with owners and internal partners about the value of hotel purchasing services
- Partner with internal teams to align program initiatives with departmental strategies and provide strategic advisement regarding procurement services and innovations
- Lead feedback loops with key stakeholders to iterate on program design
- Leverage data to evaluate and optimize program performance and deliver insights to support decision-making
- Support integration of tools and technology systems to enhance program effectiveness
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, cost drivers, and opportunities for cost reduction
- Support senior leadership by preparing reports, briefings, executive summaries, and presentations
- Develop wide array of high-quality products and materials to support program development and implementation
- Demonstrate proactive problem-solving and initiative, independently managing priorities and adapting quickly to evolving project requirements

- Proven success developing and launching enterprise-level programs in matrixed organizations

Travel - up to 25% required
Location - Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in the ATLANTA office. This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business.
The salary range for this role is $58,844 to $100,000. This role is also eligible for bonus pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K and other benefits to employees.
