Your day to day
- Work with both Development & HLG teams to ensure accurate reporting on KPI’s during reporting cycles
- Work with DS teams to ensure monthly reporting is completed in a timely & accurate manner
- Work closely with Investor Relation & Competitive Intelligence teams to ensure accurate reporting on performance vs competitors
- Monthly reporting including Termination Tracker
- Reporting Cycles
- Quarterly Business Reviews
- Out of Cycle Forecasts
- Annual Budgeting
- Finance RLT updates
- Pipeline Health Reporting
- Monthly Market Share Reporting & Analysis ( Includes Signings, Openings, Ground Breaks & Removals)
- Quarterly IR Updates and presentations
- EC/ AMER Market Board Updates
What we need from you
- 5+ years progressive work related experience in multiple areas of accounting and/or capital projects management and reporting, financial and/or business analysis, accounting, or a related area, with 5 to 7 years managing teams and/or significant complex projects
- Demonstrated ability to assess and understand a variety of internal and external economic and financial issues impacting the business, analyze data, forecast future business trends, and develop effective financial plans based on business assessments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to address all levels within the organization and gain consensus.
- Demonstrated experience with PeopleSoft, Tableau, GOLS or similar financial software for financial reporting, analysis, and presentation.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel is required.
- Demonstrated ability to scope projects, develop actionable plans, influence others, present convincing arguments, and manage conflicting viewpoints.

Location - Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in the ATLANTA office. This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business.
The salary range for this role is $106,000 to $120,000. This role is also eligible for bonus pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K and other benefits to employees.
