The Field Marketing Manager functions as a strategic and tactical marketing partner for our company managed and franchised estate of hotels. The manager serves as the primary contact for on-property marketing teams and will design and manage customized annual strategic marketing plans for each property focused on driving revenue and meeting the business objectives of the individual properties. Additional responsibilities include planning and managing hotel marketing budgets, developing and presenting hotel-level performance insights, educating hotel leaders, and leading regular meetings with on-property marketing teams.
Your day to day
- Serve as primary point of contact for on-property General Managers, Directors of Sales & Marketing, Digital Marketing teams
- Create and execute customized annual strategic and tactical marketing plans for each property focused on driving incremental, profitable revenue and meet the business needs of the individual properties
- Develop hotel-level performance insights and lead regular meetings with on-property marketing team to report on results and develop strategy
- Document all interactions with hotels, i.e., planning meetings, presentations, review of results
- Collaborate with internal IHG Marketing, Commercial, Sales, Revenue Management, Operations teams to provide a holistic support approach for hotels
What we need from you
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing with a focus in digital marketing, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience
- 7-8 years of experience in digital marketing
- Desire to participate in ad hoc projects to help grow and develop existing skillset and providing additional value to our hotels
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- The ideal candidate will have hotel marketing experience, on- or above-property, especially with branded Field Marketing programs.
Location -This role is remote if you reside outside of the Metro Atlanta area. If you reside in the Metro Atlanta area our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in office. This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business.
The salary range for this role is $58,844 to $95,000.This role is also eligible for bonus pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employees.
