The role will support the company’s development growth strategy through robust pipeline planning, performance tracking, developer support coordination, and sales operations management. It serves as a central coordination point in Development team and across related stakeholders (Finance, HLG, Legal, Commercial, Operations) to drive operational rigor, planning discipline, and developer support excellence that improve development execution efficiency and enable achievement of annual signing targets.
Your day to day
Business Planning & Strategic Decision Support
• Market and performance analysis to support planning decisions.
• Quarterly/monthly business review materials for leadership.
• Pipeline trend analysis and growth/development insights.
• Strategic recommendations based on data-driven assessment.
• Support the preparation of leadership presentations and strategic development updates.
• Partner closely with Development leaders to align planning activities with broader growth strategy.
Developer Support Center Operation:
• Serve as the central coordination point for developer-facing support across the project lifecycle.
• Manage internal support resources to ensure timely and effective responses to developer inquiries and project supports.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to deliver seamless support to pitching & signing.
• Develop and update sales tools and resources to support pitching & signing.
• Foster & drive developers’ engagements including meetings and training.
• Drive continuous improvement of developer support processes to enhance responsiveness, efficiency, and overall developer experience.
Sales Operations Efficiency Improvement:
• Oversee development sales operations processes to improve efficiency, visibility, and execution discipline.
• Manage CRM governance, pipeline data integrity, opportunity tracking, and reporting standards.
• Coordinate internal approval processes related to deal progression and signing readiness.
• Tools & systems enablement (sales force system dashboards, track & report tools).
• Support development team effectiveness through process optimization and operational best practices.
What we need from you
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in development planning, sales operations, commercial planning, strategy, or related functions.
• Experience in hospitality, real estate, property development, or asset-intensive industries preferred.
• Demonstrated experience working in large organizations with multiple functions preferred.
• Coaching and team leader experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, planning, and financial modeling capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM/reporting systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Excellent project management and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong discipline, process-design capability, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and a sense of urgency required to work in a deadline-driven environment.
• Team player who works well with a diverse group of people to accomplish complex tasks; collaborates well with others.
• Able to multi-task and be willing and able to “wear many hats.”
