Your day to day
• Responsible for the technical review of potential new, re-branding Holiday Inn, Even, Atwell, Holiday Inn Express projects
• research and optimize the cost model of essential brands.
• Market research on competitors and guest experience analysis.
• Hotel product R&D for essential brands (include Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express, Even, New brand).
• Quality control of hotel product development and implementation.
• Research and develop new material new technical for hotel product.
• consultant & supply chain management
• AI solutions for the future

What we need from you
• Bachelor’s degree of architecture/interior design is a must.
• More than 5 years of hotel project design or design management experience.
• Experience working in well-known design or hotel management companies.
• Have local hotel R&D experience is preferred.
• In-depth understanding of the hotel design industry, with personal ideas and insights into new and trendy things.
• Good written communication skills and logical reasoning ability.
• Possess the ability to collaborate with multiple department teams.
• Proficient in relevant office software. Proficient in CAD and SketchUp software.
