The Manager, Data Integrations designs and enhances complex data pipelines and data models to ensure optimal performance, cost efficiency, and adherence to governance standards. Serves as a senior technical expert and mentor within the team.
Your day to day
- Design, implement, and optimize scalable data pipelines for analytics, reporting and ML.
- Develop complex data models and transformations in BigQuery aligned with semantic and reporting needs.
- Apply data governance, lineage tracking, and schema evolution practices.
- Tune query performance and control costs in GCP environments.
- Automate data ingestion from multiple sources using orchestration tools.
- Ensure data models support reporting and ML use cases.
- Align on orchestration and deployment practices with the technology and engineering teams.
- Collaborate on testing and monitoring frameworks. Mentor junior engineers and review code for quality and performance.
- Collaborating with programmers, engineers, analysts and organizational leaders to identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend system modifications, acting as a product owner.
- Consult and advise Sr. management and/or the customer on technical aspects of major programs to meet long-term goals and translate business needs to technical specifications.
What we need from you
- Bachelor's in computer science, information technology, information systems or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
- 3-5 years in data engineering with production systems.
- SQL (advanced joins, analytical functions, performance profiling).
- Python (data processing, API integration, scheduling).
- BigQuery advanced (partition/clustering strategies, materialized views, cost controls).
- Orchestration (Airflow, Cloud Composer, or similar).
- Dataflow/Beam for streaming/batch pipelines.
- Data quality and monitoring.
Location - Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in office. This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business.
The salary range for this role is $106,000.00 to $120,000.00. This role is also eligible for bonus pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employees.
