Role Summary:
As Manager, Co-Brand Growth & Partnerships, you will play a critical role in managing high-value partnership relationships & strategic development. In this role, you will manage the day-to-day relationship, strategy, & obligations for the U.S. Co-Brand Credit Card Network partnership and other partnership deepening initiatives. This highly collaborative position works across internal teams and external partners—including Marketing, Loyalty, Analytics, Finance, and Legal — to deliver on contractual obligations, manage annual budgets, drive long-term strategy, and execute initiatives that elevate program performance.
Your day to day:
Manage day-to-day relationship for the U.S. Co-Brand Network partnership and other partnership deepening initiatives.
Lead annual strategy planning to satisfy key obligations and drive continued cardholder engagement and program growth.
Actively partner with internal & external stakeholders to manage annual budgets to ensure maximum value is extracted.
Act as a subject matter expert for all aspects of U.S. Co-Brand Credit Card Network partnership, providing firm-wide guidance on performance, obligations and new business opportunities.
Analyze and monitor competitive movements of competitors’ strategies and provide critical insights and decisions based on market trends.
What We Need From You:
4+ years of experience in partnership, consultancy, or agency management
Demonstrated or previous experience with consumer financial partnerships or loyalty programs is highly preferred, but not required.
Proven experience in budget management and financial proficiency to assess business opportunities.
Strong decision-making, analytical, and consensus-building skills with a focus on IHG revenue goals.
Effective interpersonal and communication skills for managing high-priority stakeholder relationships.
Demonstrated project management expertise in executing large-scale initiatives and developing win-win strategies.
Location – Atlanta GA (Hybrid – in office 3 days a week)
The salary range for this role is $58,834 to $120,000. This role is also eligible for bonus pay (as applicable). We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employee.
