Role Summary: 

As Manager, Co-Brand Growth & Partnerships, you will play a critical role in managing high-value partnership relationships & strategic development.  In this role, you will manage the day-to-day relationship, strategy, & obligations for the U.S. Co-Brand Credit Card Network partnership and other partnership deepening initiatives. This highly collaborative position works across internal teams and external partners—including Marketing, Loyalty, Analytics, Finance, and Legal — to deliver on contractual obligations, manage annual budgets, drive long-term strategy, and execute initiatives that elevate program performance.

 

Your day to day:

  • Manage day-to-day relationship for the U.S. Co-Brand Network partnership and other partnership deepening initiatives.

  • Lead annual strategy planning to satisfy key obligations and drive continued cardholder engagement and program growth.

  • Actively partner with internal & external stakeholders to manage annual budgets to ensure maximum value is extracted.

  • Act as a subject matter expert for all aspects of U.S. Co-Brand Credit Card Network partnership, providing firm-wide guidance on performance, obligations and new business opportunities.

  • Analyze and monitor competitive movements of competitors’ strategies and provide critical insights and decisions based on market trends. 

What We Need From You:

  • 4+ years of experience in partnership, consultancy, or agency management

  • Demonstrated or previous experience with consumer financial partnerships or loyalty programs is highly preferred, but not required.

  • Proven experience in budget management and financial proficiency to assess business opportunities.

  • Strong decision-making, analytical, and consensus-building skills with a focus on IHG revenue goals.

  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills for managing high-priority stakeholder relationships.

  • Demonstrated project management expertise in executing large-scale initiatives and developing win-win strategies.

Location – Atlanta GA (Hybrid – in office 3 days a week)

 

The salary range for this role is $58,834 to $120,000. This role is also eligible for bonus pay (as applicable). We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employee.
