We are seeking a Manager for Channel Planning & Strategy to lead the relationship management and strategic direction of IHG content across owned channels in support of all Global Marketing initiatives. This role will be pivotal in planning communication strategies against key business objectives, while ideating ways to continually improve upon our go-to-market strategies. The ideal candidate will possess strong collaboration and relationship building skills as well as a strategic, performance-driven mindset. 
 
Your day to day
  • Manage marketing content calendars for IHG Owned Channels (Email, Mobile, Web and App)
  • Ideate and develop communications plans for Global Marketing initiatives 
  • Actively collaborate with internal stakeholders to ideate improvements and enhancements of promotional plans to meet/exceed business objectives 
  • Utilize performance reporting to enhance / optimize go-to-market strategies and drive positive results
  • Analyze and monitor competitive movements of competitors’ strategies and provide critical insights and decisions based on market trends  
  • Steward organizational “best practices” and help to socialize and implement channel enhancements
 
What we need from you
  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in marketing, advertising, content strategy, project management, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience 
  • 5-8 years of experience in marketing / project management
  • Demonstrated or previous experience with data analysis / performance tracking is preferred, but not required 
 
Location - Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in office. This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business.
The salary range for this role is $58,844 to $105,000 This role is also eligible for bonus pay.  We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employees.
