Manages the day-to-day operations of the global affiliate marketing program including pixel management, reporting, agency management, partner relationships and overall account maintenance.
Your day to day
Assist in driving the growth of room revenue generated from IHG’s direct website by aiding in the management of PartnerConnect, IHG’s branded affiliate program
Research and qualify new digital opportunities to increase incremental program growth
Manage the overall relationship with the affiliate agency to develop a strategic framework to grow the program
Work with analytics and technology teams to ensure network transactions are tracked and reported accurately. Identify and communicate trends and milestones of program performance to key stakeholders
Accurately track affiliate and network commission, media buy and call center costs to control the annual budget
What we need from you
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, business management, or relevant field of work -OR- an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience
5+ years progressive digital media and marketing experience with demonstrated mastery of technical and business knowledge and understanding of multiple disciplines/processes related to the position. Affiliate marketing experience preferred but not required.
Demonstrated project management experience in organizing, planning and executing marketing projects from conception through implementation.
Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills for the purpose of providing information to clients, vendors, senior management and staff.
Demonstrated proficiency in business software products such as Excel, Microsoft Access, Word and PowerPoint.
Demonstrated ability to build and manage relationships with both external and internal marketing partners
Demonstrated analytical skills and research abilities.
Location - Our hybrid work structure is an expectation of three (3) days a week in office. This expectation may be adjusted to evolve with the changing needs of the business.
The salary range for this role is $58,844 to $90,000. This role is also eligible for bonus pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K, and other benefits to employees.
