1.制定和策划可行的工作计划和预算，检查酒店市场规划和渠道策略运作，保证执行效果；
2.领导部门员工拓展业务渠道，推动和调动酒店资源进行客户目标市场拓展；
3. 对客户的需求进行深入的研究和主动响应，制定相应的营销方案，为客户定制个性化服务，建立长期合作关系；
4.负责和监督营销活动的策划和实施。
1.大专以上学历，1年以上同岗位酒店工作经验。
2.具备酒店销售学、酒店管理学、旅游经济学、旅游心理学、公共关系学等知识的储备。
3.了解合同法、企业法、旅游法以及有关涉外法规。
4.具有市场调查和预测能力，能及是掌握市场动态，并能综合分析，及时地提出相应的措施和合理的建议。
5.有较强的语言表达能力，能撰写市场调研报告，具有起草工作计划、总结及业务汇报的能力。
