负责酒店VIP客户及重要客人接待、维护宾客关系,以确保来宾始终得到礼貌接待及充分的注意和重视;
监督前厅部工作,以确保优悦会会员始终获得礼貌接待以及充分的重视,由此实现客人满意度。
通过对员工业绩的认可,提升员工工作热情,监督宾客关系部员工工作,在客人到达至离开酒店期间,为客人提供个性化服务,尽量让客人满意;
处理客人投诉,如有必要则将其提交给有关部门,并对纠正措施进行跟进;
进行组织和召开客户关系部全体人员参加定期会议,以加强交流和保证业务的顺利进行;
协助制定完整的,符合实际情况,以客人为焦点的部门标准及制度,并监督员工执行。

专科及以上学历,酒店管理等相关专业,IHG背景优先考虑;
拥有2年国际联号酒店前厅或宾客服务工作经验,包括在相似规模和复杂程度的酒店的管理经验;
良好的中英文沟通表达能力;有酒店忠诚度计划运营经验者优先;
具有较强的人际沟通协调能力、计划与执行能力。
