Job Summary
The Leisure & F&B Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growthof the hotels's spa and gym business and Food & Beverage business. This position develops and maintains relationships with corporate leisure clients, local businesses, and social event organizers while maximizing hotel leisure facilities, restaurant, bar, and special event revenues. The role works closely with Revenue Management, Operations, Reservations, Leisure Department and F&B teams to achieve revenue targets and enhance guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Leisure Sales
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow leisure revenue.
- Manage key accounts
- Identify new leisure market opportunities locally and internationally.
- Conduct regular sales calls, presentations, and client visits.
- Organize and host site inspections, FAM trips, and hotel showcases.
- Participate in travel trade shows, roadshows, networking events, and industry exhibitions.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and business agreements.
- Monitor production of key accounts and implement action plans to increase market share.
- Maintain accurate account information and sales activities in the CRM system.
Food & Beverage Sales
- Increase restaurant, bar, afternoon tea, brunch, private dining, and special event revenues.
- Develop partnerships with local companies, embassies, organizations, and community groups.
- Promote seasonal promotions, dining campaigns, festive events, and themed experiences.
- Generate business for birthday parties, weddings, anniversaries, and private events.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.
- Monitor competitor pricing and local dining trends.
- Support the launch of new menus and restaurant concepts.
- Build repeat business through guest engagement and loyalty initiatives.
Account Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Respond promptly to enquiries and follow up on leads.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, contracts, and business correspondence.
- Coordinate with Operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently.
Revenue & Reporting
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Prepare sales forecasts and monthly production reports.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
- Monitor account performance and revenue contribution.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings and strategic planning sessions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of hotel sales experience, preferably in Leisure or F&B Sales.
- Strong understanding of leisure travel markets and hotel food & beverage operations.
- Experience with CRM systems, Opera PMS, Delphi, or similar hotel sales software.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
