The InterContinental Chennai Mahabalipuram Resort is currently undergoing an exciting transformation. As we renovate and elevate our spaces to offer an exceptional new experience to our guests and colleagues, we are seeking a dedicated and passionate Learning & Quality Manager to join our leadership team.

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a reimagined resort that blends luxury, culture, and innovation—set to reopen in October 2025.

Role Overview

As our Learning & Quality Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the post-renovation guest and staff experience by:

Designing and delivering impactful training programs across all departments

Driving a culture of continuous learning and excellence

Establishing and maintaining quality standards in line with IHG brand expectations

Supporting the pre-opening and re-launch process with structured training plans and service audits

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in hospitality training and/or quality management, preferably in a luxury hotel environment

Strong understanding of service excellence, employee engagement, and operational standards

Passion for people development and an eye for detail

Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills
