Your Day to Day
Every day is different, but as Learning & Quality Manager, you’ll mostly guide and manage the overall provision of all training and quality services, policies and programs for the entire hotel. You will plan and organize all training and quality assurance programs and activities and carry out quality control functions in all areas to ensure a consistent high quality of all services is maintained.
You will facilitate branded training focused on elevating the delivery of the unique brand experience. You will drive exceptional guest experiences through targeted and measured training platforms along with a high level of attention to detail in quality assurance and standards.
You will carry out regular training and service quality and brand standards audits across all hotel areas, to identify training needs and to ensure that departmental training is being carried out correctly and consistently.
