As a professional in your role, your responsibilities and essential job functions will include but are not limited to:
- Coordinate and facilitate onboarding, brand, and compliance training programs
- Organize training logistics, including materials, attendance, and room setup
- Maintain accurate training records and assist in the use of LMS systems
- Promote a strong service culture through continuous learning initiatives
- Support departmental trainers and track training effectiveness
- Encourage the use of digital learning tools and internal development resources
- Monitor and ensure timely completion of all mandatory training
- Identify learning needs and provide necessary support to departments
Ideally, you should possess some or all the following qualifications and experience:
- Degree in HR, Hospitality, Education, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in L&D or HR, preferably in luxury hospitality
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong organization and time management abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and learning platforms
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Passionate about learning, service, and people growth
