DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Training Coordination
- Assist in the planning, scheduling, and coordination of training programs, workshops, and learning initiatives.
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions including venues, materials, attendance, and schedules.
- Support orientation and onboarding programs for new colleagues.
Learning Administration
- Maintain accurate training records, attendance, and learning documentation.
- Track completion of mandatory training and compliance requirements.
- Assist in preparing monthly training reports, training hours reports, and development trackers.
Program Support
- Support the implementation of IHG learning programs, colleague development initiatives, and engagement activities.
- Assist in conducting training needs analysis and gathering feedback from participants.
- Coordinate with department trainers and leaders for departmental training activities.
Employee Development
- Support programs focused on colleague growth, service culture, and leadership development.
- Assist in organizing engagement activities, recognition programs, and learning campaigns.
Compliance & Standards
- Ensure training activities align with IHG brand standards, company policies, and audit requirements.
- Support preparation for training audits and compliance reviews.
Administrative Support
- Prepare training materials, presentations, and internal communications related to learning programs.
- Provide general administrative support to the Learning and Development function.
