• Responsible for GC Welearn operation to support IHG University learning sustainment and to cultivate culture of continuous learning

Your day to day
Mobile Learning Strategy and Planning:

• Understand hotel colleagues’ learning styles and preferences
了解酒店同事的学习风格与偏好
• Holistically plan annual activities and calendar of IHG WeLearn to support business priorities and uplift hotel performance metrics
全面规划IHG WeLearn年度活动与日历，以支持业务重点并提升酒店绩效指标
• Analyze learning data, evaluate program ROI, and continuously optimize mobile learning practices
分析学习数据，评估项目投资回报率，并持续优化手机学习实践
• Collect user feedback and needs, to provide input and direction of WeLearn future development
收集用户反馈与需求，为WeLearn未来发展提供依据与方向

GC WeLearn Daily Operations:
大中华区WeLearn日常运营：
• Creatively design, develop and implement weLearn activities and materials for hotel frontline colleagues for learning sustainment
创新设计、开发并实施面向酒店一线同事的WeLearn活动与材料，以促进和维系学习的延续
• Attract and motivate hotel frontline colleagues to engage in weLearn activities via gamification, competition, awards and other methods
通过游戏化、竞赛、奖励等方式吸引并激励酒店一线同事参与WeLearn活动
• Collaborate across functions to drive hotel adoption of weLearn
跨职能协作，推动WeLearn在酒店的落地应用
• Revisit weLearn activities and campaigns which have been implemented and ensure programs are updated and feedback are incorporated
回顾已实施的WeLearn活动与推广，确保内容更新并及时融入反馈
• Leverage global learning resources on WeLearn, identify and act on areas where localization is required

Technology Innovation & Enhancement:

• Pilot and adopt advanced learning technology (e.g., AI role-play, learning dashboard) to enhance learner experience and effectiveness on weLearn

• Keep track on market trends and new technology, explore new opportunities for future enhancement of IHG’s learning technology
追踪市场趋势与新技术，探索未来IHG学习技术提升的新机遇

Stakeholder & Partner Management:
相关方与合作伙伴管理：
• Manage external vendors (technology platforms, graphic designer)

• Coordinate cross-functional teams for collaborative delivery

• Collaborate with global learning technology team on weLearn annual plan and future roadmap

What we need from you
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
本科或硕士学位
• At least 5 years’ work experience in mobile learning operation, mobile learning design, or project management.
至少5年手机学习运营、手机学习设计或项目管理相关工作经验。
• Working experience in a recognized multinational organization or LMS vendor is preferred.
具备知名跨国企业或学习管理系统供应商工作经验者优先。
• Ability to design and implement mobile learning activities with impact.
能够设计并实施具有实际影响力的手机学习活动。
• Project management skills to scope, plan and deliver key project milestones.
具备项目管理能力，能明确范围、规划并达成关键项目里程碑。
• Competency in learning data analysis, e.g., completion, behavioral conversion analysis.
具备学习数据分析能力，如完成率、行为转化分析等。
• Great interpersonal, consultative and communication skills.
出色的沟通、咨询与人际交往能力。
• English proficiency both verbal and written.
具备良好的英语口语与书面表达能力。
• Ability to diagnose problems and thoroughly analyze information to guide decision making.
能够诊断问题并全面分析信息，以支持决策制定。
• Skills with video shooting and Photoshop is a plus.
具备视频拍摄与Photoshop技能者优先。
