Laundry Supervisor

Are you passionate about ensuring impeccable cleanliness, organization, and guest satisfaction? We’re looking for a Laundry Supervisor who will lead our laundry team in delivering the highest quality service and maintaining operational excellence every day.

A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

Supervising daily laundry operations, ensuring timely washing, drying, ironing, and delivery of linens, uniforms, and guest items.

Monitoring quality standards to ensure all laundry items meet the hotel’s hygiene and presentation requirements.

Managing the team schedule, delegating tasks effectively, and ensuring smooth workflow.

Training, coaching, and motivating team members to maintain productivity and high standards.

Ensuring machines and equipment are properly maintained, reporting any breakdowns promptly.

Keeping accurate inventory of linens, uniforms, and cleaning supplies, and coordinating with Housekeeping and other departments.

Maintaining strict compliance with safety and hygiene regulations.

What we need from you:

Previous experience in laundry operations, ideally in a hotel or large-scale facility.

Strong supervisory skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.

Knowledge of laundry chemicals, fabric care, and machine operation.

Attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.

Good organizational and communication skills.

Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Don't quite meet every single requirement, but still believe you'd be a great fit for the job? We'll never know unless you hit the 'Apply' button. Start your journey with us today.
