At Kimpton Fitzroy London we are looking for a Kitchen Porter to join our luxury hotel in Central London

As a Kitchen Porter, we will support you to:

• Make it count – you matter, and we will provide you with all the tools you need in order to create ridiculously personalised experiences for our guests every day!

As a Kitchen Porter, you’ll play a key role in keeping our kitchen running smoothly. You’ll support the chefs by ensuring the kitchen is clean, organised, and stocked with essential equipment and ingredients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment

• Keeping kitchen areas clean and tidy

• Assisting with basic food preparation when required

• Unloading deliveries and organising stock

• Following all health and safety regulations

What We’re Looking For:

• A warm and authentic personality, with a can-do attitude and commitment to service 

• Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen.

• Punctual, reliable, and a team player

• Availability to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekend.

Experience working as a Kitchen Porter or as Prep Chef would be preferred.
