Kitchen Administrator
Are you passionate about supporting culinary excellence behind the scenes? We are looking for a Kitchen Administrator to join our team, someone who will play a key role in ensuring the kitchen's administrative operations run smoothly and efficiently.
A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
Managing all administrative tasks related to the kitchen, including inventory records, purchase orders, and staff scheduling.
Supporting the culinary team by maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring compliance with hotel and food safety standards.
Assisting with daily and monthly reports related to food cost, wastage, and kitchen performance.
Communicating and coordinating with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely deliveries and operational efficiency.
Upholding strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all documentation and processes.
What we need from you:
Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.
Proven experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel environment.
Good knowledge of Food & Beverage operations and kitchen workflows.
Highly active, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with kitchen or hotel management systems is a plus.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
