About the Role
The role of the Kids Club Supervisor is to ensure a safe and happy environment for guest and staff children. You will assist in implementing age appropriate programs for children. Your role will also include supporting the Manager and working as an effective team within the Activities department to assist in day to day running of Kids Club/ Crèche and its continuous improvement. You will assist Managerial roles in absence of a Manager and will assist when required in the preparation for licensing and accreditation.
Your day to day
- To effectively communicate with parents, guests, children, managers, peers and higher management
- To adequately supervise small and large groups of children aged from six weeks to twelve years ensure ratios and safety guidelines are followed
- To have a sound working knowledge of Accreditation principles and work towards developing and maintain a high quality service
- To assist the Activities Manager when required and assist with duties on request of other colleagues when needed
- Coordinate the day-to-day operations of Kids Club and ensure it complies with health, safety, licencing regulations and quality improvement
- Ensure parents, guests, children, manager, peers and higher management
- To have a sound working knowledge of Childcare Regulations
- Managing resort babysitting and babysitters – cross checking Blue Card’s and ensuring quality of care
- To have a sound working knowledge of Accreditation principles and work towards developing and maintaining a high quality service
