Located on Hayat Island, InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah Mina Al Arab Resort & Spa is a luxury beachfront resort where island living meets authentic Arabian hospitality. At InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah Mina Al Arab Resort & Spa, we create memorable experiences for every guest, including our youngest ones. We are looking for a Kids Club Attendant who is caring, energetic, and responsible, and who enjoys working with children in a safe, fun, and engaging environment.

 
A little taste of your day-to-day:

 
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
 
• Supervise and engage children in Planet Trekkers activities, games, and creative sessions
• Ensure the safety, wellbeing, and happiness of all children at all times
• Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and hygiene standards within the Kids Club
• Welcome children and parents warmly, answering questions and handling concerns with care
• Work closely with the Recreation team and other departments to support smooth operations
• Follow all health, safety, and brand standards, including child safeguarding procedures

 
What We need from you:

 • Previous experience in a kids club, childcare, recreation, or similar environment
• A caring, patient, and friendly approach when working with children and parents
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Good awareness of safety, hygiene, and child supervision standards
• Diploma or relevant qualification in Hospitality, Childcare, or a related field is preferred
