Your Day to Day

As a Kids Club Attendant, you will be responsible for creating a safe, fun and welcoming environment for the children while delivering engaging activities and personalized service.  You will ensure the Kids Club is clean, well-organized, and operated in line with resort standards and safety procedures.

Some of your main role responsibilities are:

• Welcome children and families warmly and provide personalized service.

• Follow registration, sign-in/sign-out, and child supervision procedures.

• Supervise children and ensure their safety, wellbeing, and comfort at all times.

• Plan and organize fun, engaging, and age-appropriate games, crafts, educational, and recreational activities.

• Communicate with parents and respond to children’s needs and guest requests with care and professionalism.

• Support revenue-generating Kids Club activities and resort programs where applicable.

• Process payments accurately and handle cash and other forms of payment in accordance with resort procedures.

• Clean, sanitize, and properly store toys, equipment, and activity materials after use.

• Follow all resort SOPs, safety procedures, and brand standards.

• Perform other reasonable duties as assigned.

Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we're looking for: 

• Previous experience in a similar position, preferably within a hotel or resort environment.

• Relevant qualifications or training in childcare, teaching, recreation, or hospitality is an advantage.

• Good command of spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.

• Friendly, patient, and energetic, with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with children and parents.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Basic knowledge of child safety, hygiene, and first aid preferred.

• Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively.

• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
