• エアラインクルーの新規契約・既存航空会社との関係性の維持
• ホテル全体の売上目標の達成に向けたサポート
• 各季節やイベントに合わせたパッケージプランや特別キャンペーンの造成
• 販売実績や顧客データ、市場動向等の分析

• ホテルセールスまたはそれに準ずる業務経験が2年以上ある方
• 日本語での高いコミュニケーション能力
• ビジネスレベルの英語力
• 出張（国内、海外）が可能

【Job Responsibilities】

• Participate in domestic and international trade shows to attract new (potential) clients
• Develop new inbound group business and maintain strong relationships with existing partners
• Secure new contracts with airline crews and maintain relations with current airline partners
• Support the achievement of the hotel's overall revenue goals
• Develop seasonal package plans and special promotions tailored to specific events and occasions
• Analyze sales performance, customer data, and market trends

【Qualifications】

• Over 2 years of experience in hotel sales or equivalent roles
• Strong communication skills in Japanese
• Business-level proficiency in English
• Willingness and ability to travel both domestically and internationally
