The Marketing Intern will support the Campaign Manager and broader Marketing Operations team in the execution of regional initiatives across Southeast Asia & Korea (SEAK). This role involves coordinating special projects, maintaining departmental documentation, and serving as a point of contact for general inquiries and follow-ups. The intern will actively contribute to omnichannel campaign management, including creative coordination, social media scheduling, and performance tracking. Additional responsibilities include maintaining the SEAK Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) data, supporting Food & Beverage (F&B) campaign efforts, and compiling reports to generate actionable insights. This internship offers hands-on experience across multiple marketing functions, playing a valuable role in driving campaign efficiency and supporting the team in achieving strategic business goals.

 

Key Accountabilities

Perform a variety of duties for managers and/or department of an assigned business unit. Coordinate special projects for the assigned department to support marketing operations. Serve as a resource for the assigned department or unit, answering questions and providing general program information or follow up as needed. Maintain departmental paperwork, files, logs and reports, and assist in creating or researching pertinent information for the manager.

 

Campaign Management Support: 

  • Assist the Campaign Manager with creative coordination and omnichannel campaign execution.
  • Support the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • SEAK ICP Updates:
  • Ensure SEAK (Southeast Asia and Korea) Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) data is updated across all functions.
  • Coordinate with different teams to maintain data accuracy.
  • Social Media Support:
  • Assist the Campaign Manager with maintaining the editorial calendar.
  • Support content delivery, scheduling posts, and monitoring engagement across social media platforms.
  • F&B Workstream Support:
  • Provide support for Food & Beverage campaigns and events.
  • Assist in organizing promotional activities and tracking campaign performance.
  • Reports Management:
  • Compile and manage regular marketing reports.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and provide insights to improve marketing strategies.

 

Key Skills & Experiences

 

Education

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field

Experience

Prior internship experience within another Marketing, hospitality firm

 

Technical Skills and Knowledge

  • Desire to learn and be challenged to learn new skills 
  • Conscientious with an eye for details
  • Proactive and works with a sense of purpose and urgency
  • Ability to work on projects independently
  • Confidence in generating new ideas or ways to approach work assigned
  • Good project management skills, detail oriented and communicates progress
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and a Team Player
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word applications 
  • Knowledge in marketing and digital marketing
