Introduction

You’ll work alongside experienced professionals, supporting real projects that shape future hotel growth. Your Day to Day

  • Conduct market research and data analysis to support development opportunities across Vietnam and the wider region. 
  • Prepare presentations, pitch materials and proposals for potential hotel projects. 
  • Support the management of development data and track project progress. 
  • Assist with competitor analysis and insights to inform strategic decisions. 
  • Contribute to reports, case studies and ad‑hoc projects across the development team.

 

What We Need From You

  • Currently in the final year of a degree in Business, Real Estate, Hospitality or a related field. 
  • Strong analytical skills with a basic understanding of financial and business concepts. 
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word. 
  • Strong communication skills in both Vietnamese and English. 
  • Proactive, detail‑oriented and able to work independently while managing multiple tasks.
