Purpose of the Role As our Intern, R&B – SEAK, you’ll support a broad spectrum of operational activities, working closely with our Corporate Operations team in Singapore, and collaborating with Multi-Unit Leaders and our Central Performance Delivery team across the SEAK estate. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to exciting, impactful projects that elevate the guest dining experience across IHG’s regional portfolio.

 

What You’ll Do Your key accountabilities will include:

 

Project management focused: 

  • Conducting Top 30 menu reviews per outlet and competitor benchmarking with actionable recommendations

  • Assisting in the rollout of the Menu Engineering Programme co-developed with EHL

  • Supporting Contactless Dining follow-ups—coordinating exception requests, feedback loops, and programme refinements (e.g., photography standards)

  • Enhancing IHG Dining Privileges SOPs through analysis and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Coordinating R&B Sandbox session logistics, communications, and content

  • Driving project management support for strategic partnerships including Starbucks and Campari Negroni Week

  • Facilitating Performance Call planning and follow-up with hotels across the region

What We’re Looking For

  • Prior internship experience in a hotel management company is preferred

  • Enthusiastic learner with a keen eye for detail

  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and sense of urgency

  • Independent and confident in contributing fresh ideas

  • Project management aptitude and a collaborative spirit

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
