Income Auditor

Are you detail-driven, analytical, and passionate about financial accuracy? We are looking for an Income Auditor who will ensure the integrity of hotel revenue by verifying daily income, maintaining accurate records, and supporting strong financial controls across all departments.

A little taste of your day-to-day:
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

  • Auditing and reconciling daily hotel revenue from all outlets, including Rooms, F&B, Spa, and other revenue centers.
  • Verifying POS and PMS transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness of postings.
  • Reviewing discounts, allowances, voids, rebates, and complimentary transactions for proper authorization.
  • Ensuring correct revenue posting and allocation in accordance with hotel policies and accounting standards.
  • Preparing daily revenue audit reports and summaries for Finance and Management review.
  • Coordinating with Front Office, F&B, Spa, and other departments to resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Supporting month-end closing activities related to revenue and income accounts.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal controls, SOPs, and audit requirements.
  • Maintaining proper documentation and audit trails for all revenue transactions.

What we need from you:

  • Proven experience as an Income Auditor or Night Auditor, preferably in a hotel environment.
  • Strong understanding of hotel revenue streams, PMS and POS systems (Opera, Micros, or similar).
  • Solid knowledge of basic accounting principles and revenue control procedures.
  • High attention to detail with strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
  • Good command of English; Arabic language will be an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays if required.
