Key responsibilities include:

• Supervise daily In-Villa Dining operations to ensure smooth service flow, quality standards, and guest satisfaction.

• Coordinate order taking, preparation, delivery, and service with Kitchen, Stewarding, Housekeeping, and Butler teams.

• Ensure all in-villa dining orders are delivered accurately, on time, and in line with brand standards.

• Handle guest requests, special arrangements, and complaints professionally, ensuring effective service recovery.

• Conduct daily briefings, assign duties, and manage staff schedules and rosters.

• Train, coach, and support team members to maintain high service standards.

• Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in all service areas.

• Ensure proper handling, storage, and maintenance of service equipment and supplies.

• Monitor stock levels, control costs, and support inventory management.

• Prepare daily operation reports and communicate key issues to management.

• Ensure compliance with Six Senses standards, SOPs, and service procedures.

• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

All operations will be conducted ethically, transparently, and in compliance with local laws and company policies. I will ensure a safe and secure environment for guests, hosts, and assets while maintaining positive relationships with local communities and stakeholders.

Skills & Experience

The role requires:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage, or related fields.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in F&B operations, preferably in In-Villa Dining / Room Service / Supervisor roles at upscale hotels or luxury resorts.

• Strong knowledge of F&B service procedures, room service operations, food safety, and hygiene standards.

• Good leadership, team supervision, training, and scheduling skills.

• Good command of spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and guest service skills.

• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong service mindset.

I maintain a thorough understanding of Six Senses brand standards, operational guidelines, and service philosophy.
