Key Responsibilities:
Deliver guest orders accurately and promptly to rooms, following service standards.
Set up and present trays or trolleys according to hotel guidelines.
Ensure food is delivered at the correct temperature and in good condition.
Assist with collecting trays or trolleys from guest rooms after meals.
Handle guest requests or concerns with professionalism and ensure guest satisfaction.
Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff to coordinate timely deliveries.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of service areas, trays, and equipment.
Replenish items such as condiments, cutlery, and linens as needed.
Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Report any maintenance issues or guest feedback to supervisors.
Qualifications & Skills:High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in room service, F&B service, or hospitality is preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Well-groomed and professional appearance.
Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene.
Physically fit and able to lift or carry trays and trolleys.
Preferred Attributes:Positive attitude and customer service orientation.
Attention to detail and time management skills.
Ability to remain calm and polite under pressure.
