Key responsibilities include:
Assist guests in any resort information technology issues.
Support my supervisors in leading Home Office and local IT initiatives.
Assist in preparing annual budgets and forecasts and manage the operational and capital budgets with IT Manager.
Challenge IT initiatives to ensure appropriate and realistic business justifications are provided.
Manage all aspects of the IT infrastructure, capacity planning, stability, contingency and disaster recovery planning.
Maximize network and application security to protect company intellectual property from unauthorized access and provide for appropriate separation of duties controls.
Maintain an accurate inventory of IT equipment and licensed software.
Diagnose hardware and software problems and replace defective components and perform data backups and disaster recovery operations
Maintain, administer computer networks and related computing environments including computer hardware, systems software, applications software, and all configurations.
Support the operational Head of Department’s with the management of the IT Systems in their departments.
Manage to hub driven and develops local IT Policy and Procedure and Stand Operating Procedure.
Follow Six Senses guidelines as they relate to the security and operation of computer systems.
Keep aware of IT trends as they relate to the hospitality industry.
Manage to maximize the returns from IT capital investments focusing on improved profitability, guest services or operations.
Complete forms and reports in accordance with company procedures.
Assist in setting up and maintaining paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, and other material.
Attend meetings and training as required by supervisors.
Upkeep Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation. My performance benchmarks are maintained and exceeded.
Strictly adhere to LQA standards and guest comments.
Perform any additional tasks given to me by supervisor/management

All operations will be conducted ethically, transparently, and in compliance with local laws and company policies. I will ensure a safe and secure environment for guests, hosts, and assets while maintaining positive relationships with local communities and stakeholders.
Skills & Experience
The role requires:
Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in IT Management or related field; MCSE certification preferred.
Minimum 1 year experience in a similar IT role, preferably in hotel/hospitality operations.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft systems, SharePoint, Backup solutions, Anti-virus & security tools.
Experience with hotel systems and applications, including MICROS/POS platforms.
Ability to install, maintain and manage hardware, software, and network systems.
Good organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Able to work effectively in a cross-cultural environment with a service-oriented mindset.
Good written and spoken English.
I maintain a thorough understanding of Six Senses brand standards, operational guidelines, and service philosophy.
