酒店的电脑系统正常安装和运行，系统安全性措施到位，计算机硬件保养良好，系统利用率最大化，协助信息系统经理做好酒店IT各项工作，对酒店员工以及客人提供技术支持。
协助信息系统经理维护酒店各软硬件系统的正常运行。
对酒店员工以及客人提供技术支持。
严格执行总部的各项IT制度和规范。
落实日/周/月/季/年的例行维护工作。
做好系统维护日志的记录整理工作。
协助信息系统经理进行IT硬件设备的登记、编号等管理，以及软件License的管理。
对最终电脑用户提供现场技术支持和培训。
