监督和管理酒店的所有计算机硬件设施的运行，确保所有系统的正确安装和使用，是酒店电脑硬件设施的主要联系人；
确保所有系统均具备维修保养合同，并按照要求进行日常的预防性维护工作；
应不断了解洲际酒店集团批准认可的那些能夠提高酒店的运营效率的信息系统及技术， 包括但不限于：
计算机硬件系统及设施，包括计算机局域网技术
计算机软件应用系统。
完全代表酒店，品牌和公司与顾客，员工和第三方交往的能力；
具有局域网和微软窗口软件的使用知识；
具有解决问题，推理，号召，组织和培训能力；
良好的写作技能；
具有计算机，信息技术或相关领域学士学位；
三年相关经验或与此相当的教育和相关工作经验结合的背景。
