Key Accountabilities
- Coordinate execution of IHG Voice initiatives across assigned workstreams, helping ensure alignment across timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, dependencies, testing activities, pilot coordination, and launch readiness checkpoints.
- Track milestones, deliverables, risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies (RAID), escalating concerns and proposing mitigation actions as needed.
- Support adherence to established ways of working, governance routines, and delivery cadences across initiatives.
- Maintain project documentation, status reporting, and related artifacts within project management tools and systems.
- Partner with Analytics and Enablement teams to review performance data, adoption trends, and opportunity insights to support initiative planning and prioritization.
- Translate analytical findings into actionable planning guidance, prioritization inputs, and enablement recommendations.
- Operationalize targeting and prioritization frameworks into execution-ready plans and activities.
- Ensure planning outputs, timelines, and dependencies are clearly documented, communicated, and aligned across active initiatives.
- Track initiative success metrics, including delivery milestones, adoption indicators, and outcome measures, to support ongoing performance visibility.
- Monitor progress against plans and identify risks, gaps, or misalignment that could impact delivery or outcomes.
- Capture lessons learned and stakeholder feedback to help improve planning frameworks, execution processes, and delivery efficiency.
- Support measurement planning and quality tracking activities to help ensure compliant, scalable, and sustainable launches.
Required Education, Experience, Technical Skills and Knowledge
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, Hospitality, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP) preferred but not required
Experience:
- Approximately 4–7 years of experience in project coordination, enablement, analytics support, business planning, or related roles
- Experience supporting cross functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders
- Exposure to analytics driven planning, enablement, or commercial execution environments preferred
- Hospitality, travel, or reservations industry experience
Technical Skills & Competencies
- Strong project management fundamentals (planning, tracking, reporting, issue/risk management)
- Analytical thinking with the ability to synthesize insights into practical recommendations
- Experience working with dashboards, reports, and performance metrics
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, detail oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Ability to influence and collaborate without formal authority
