Your Day to Day
- Develop, implement, and monitor hygiene policies and procedures
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure compliance with hygiene standards.
- Train staff on hygiene practices, including food safety, sanitation, and pest control.
- Maintain records related to hygiene audits, inspections, and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with external agencies and regulatory bodies on hygiene-related matters.
- Investigating and resolving hygiene-related incidents promptly.
- Ensure proper waste management and disposal practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to hygiene and sanitation.
- Organize training sessions for all staff on hygiene practices, food safety, and sanitationprocedures.
- Conduct thorough inspections of all areas, including kitchens and public spaces, to identifypotential hygiene risks and structural deficiencies.
- Supplier Audits: Evaluate suppliers to ensure they meet hygiene and food safety standardsfor materials and equipment.
- Prepare detailed reports and records of hygiene audits, inspections, and corrective actions.
- Lead the hotel's hygiene committee to update every month, dressing out the
- Ensure all hygiene systems and requirements are in place to facilitate the timelyapplication for necessary licenses.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure standards are consistently met.
- Type reports, memos, and correspondence, including those of a confidential nature, for theoperations and administrative functions, and maintain files accordingly.
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of equipment in the hygiene lab.
- Be aware of the duty of care and adhere to occupational, health, and safety legislation,policies, and procedures.
- Initiate action to correct the hazardous situation and notify supervisors of potentialdangers.
- Always show a positive attitude
- Carries out the food and water testing based on the annual plan
- Maintaining the daily food sample is being kept in proper condition
- Preparing detailed reports and documentation for hygiene practices and compliance audits.
- Maintaining all the hygiene forms and documents required is being kept for at least 3 years
