Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment process in line with approved manpower plans.
Manage recruitment platforms including Facebook Page, Line Official Account, and job portals.
Screen candidates, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
Prepare employment documents and support onboarding and orientation programs.
Maintain updated candidate database and recruitment reports.
2. HR Administration & Systems
Maintain accurate employee records and documentation in HR systems including EAGLE.
Monitor and administer IHG Scheduling Tools for compliance and reporting.
Process and verify casual staff payments and related payroll documentation.
Support HR audits and ensure documentation readiness.
Prepare monthly HR reports and workforce statistics.
3. Employee Relations & Engagement
Support and coordinate colleague activities, welfare programs, and CSR initiatives.
Assist in organizing engagement events, celebrations, and recognition programs.
Provide first-level support for employee inquiries and workplace concerns.
Promote positive employee relations and workplace harmony.
4. Communication & Internal Branding
Design HR posters, announcements, and internal communication materials using Canva and AI tools.
Maintain HR notice boards and digital communication channels.
Coordinate cross-departmental communication related to HR initiatives.
5. Digital & Process Improvement
Utilize AI tools and Microsoft Office applications to enhance HR efficiency.
Support digitalization of HR records and workflows.
Continuously suggest improvements to streamline HR processes.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 2–3 years HR experience, preferably in hospitality
Knowledge of Thai Labor Law
Experience with HR systems (EAGLE preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, and digital tools
Good command of Thai and English
