Human Resources Officer - Six Senses Con Dao

• Key Responsibilities:
  Responsible for recruitment and onboarding of new Hosts at Six Senses, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision, values, and brand standards.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle: budget confirmation, job descriptions, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, and offers.
• Support expatriate documentation, including visa, work permit, TRC,…
• Coordinate uniforms, work tools, and other essentials for new Hosts.
• Monitor canteen quality and Host facilities to maintain standards.
• Organize wellness programs and address welfare and regulation inquiries.
• Manage work accident cases and ensure proper follow-up.
• Participate in community service programs.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, preferably in Human Resources or Personnel Management.
• 01 year or more of experience in the same role.

• Demonstrate competent computer skills.
• Good knowledge of hotel operations and hospitality.
• Highly interactive and people oriented.
• Knowledge of Local Labor Law and Employment Regulations.
• Very good command over written and spoken English.
