We’re looking for a dynamic Human Resources Manager who can balance the needs of our people and the business. From talent acquisition and team engagement to compliance and culture-building, you’ll be at the heart of it all. In return, we’ll count on your expertise to shape a thriving and people-centric workplace.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

● Leading HR operations including recruitment, on boarding, training, and team engagement
● Ensuring HR practices align with local labour laws and IHG standards
● Coaching and supporting managers in performance management, career development, and conflict resolution
● Managing payroll coordination, employee records, HR systems, and reporting
● Driving key HR initiatives related to well-being, diversity & inclusion, and culture-building

What we need from you:

● Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification in Human Resources or a related field
● 4–8 years’ experience in an HR role within hospitality, with at least one year in a managerial or supervisory capacity
● Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and workforce planning
● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a hands-on, people-first approach
● Must speak local language; additional languages are a plus
